No. I'm an independent consultant. I don’t sell plans or get paid by any insurance companies. My focus is entirely on your best interest.

Caregivers are always welcome! I can guide you through how to help your loved one compare options and understand their choices. BUT, if your loved one isn’t present, I’ll need their verbal or written consent before we begin. I follow privacy guidelines to protect your loved one’s health information and am happy to walk you through how to get that consent.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance and request a refund (a $10 processing fee will be deducted). Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments, aren’t refundable. To cancel or reschedule, please email shelleyrmiller@outlook.com.
