You are responsible for confirming all coverage details directly with the plan, provider, or pharmacy, including: provider participation, prescription, and drug coverage costs and limitations.
We provide guidance, but final decisions and verification are your responsibility.
Caregiver and Third-Party Communication
If you would like us to communicate with a family member, caregiver, or other third party, you must provide permission.
We may require written authorization before discussing your personal or Medicare-related information with anyone other than you.
Payments and Purchases
All purchases are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
By making a purchase, you agree to: provide accurate payment information and complete payment in full
Refund Policy
