Agreement Required Before Appointment
A signed Agreement or permitted electronic acknowledgment must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the business day before the scheduled appointment. S.R. Miller Consulting LLC will not conduct the consultation without an accepted Agreement.
If the Agreement or electronic acknowledgment is not received by the deadline, the appointment will be canceled and treated as a late cancellation. The payment is nonrefundable because the appointment time was reserved and may not be available to another client. Any opportunity to reschedule is at the sole discretion of S.R. Miller Consulting LLC and is subject to appointment availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
